By Air

NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor line serves Princeton Junction. From there, the 'Dinky' shuttle train provides a direct 5-minute connection to the heart of the Princeton campus.

Accommodation
Participants are responsible for booking their own lodging. We have secured preferred rates at the following locations within walking distance of the venue.

Meals & Arrangements
Breakfast & Lunch
Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided at the Prospect House dining hall. A variety of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free, will be available at every service.
Dinner
Dinners are independent except for the Tuesday Welcome Banquet and the Friday Closing Forum. Attendees will receive a curated list of local Princeton dining recommendations upon arrival.

Please ensure your dietary preferences were updated in the registration portal. For specific allergy concerns, contact the logistics team at least two weeks before the start of the school.

Is there a registration fee for the winter school?
The Princeton Winter School is free of charge for all accepted participants. However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and some meal costs unless otherwise specified in your offer letter.
What is the daily schedule?
Sessions typically run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, followed by optional evening networking events. A detailed minute-by-minute schedule will be provided to all registered attendees two weeks prior to the event start.
Will the sessions be recorded or streamed?
To foster an environment of open discussion and collaborative challenge-solving, most sessions are held in person and will not be recorded. Key lectures may be summarized in a public report post-event.
